Dry Brown Peas or Fava Beans are cleaned, de-hulled, milled and air classified in a dry system without high temperature impact. We do not add anything and we only remove the hull and classify the flour in two fractions. Therefore both products retain their native raw protein and starch functionality.

All products are produced in a dry process without heating. Therefore the protein is “raw” and native i.e. still fully functional. They are best suited for products that are cooked or baked in the manufacturing process. Apart from protein the products contain mainly starch whereas fat content is low.
